Rent is $600 per month, all-inclusive. That covers a furnished bedroom, all utilities, internet, shared kitchen and laundry, weekly house accountability, help finding and keeping work, and connection to a local church. There are no hidden fees.

Yes. Saved By Grace House is a sober living home. Residents must be sober at move-in and stay sober while they live here. We are not a detox facility — anyone who still needs medical detox should complete that first, and we are glad to point people toward the right resources in Jacksonville.

No. You do not have to arrive with your faith figured out. Saved By Grace House is a Christ-centered home, so faith is part of daily life here and residents are expected to be part of a local church. Faith is an invitation, never a requirement to get through the door.

You need to be working or actively looking for work. Employment is one of the fastest ways a person rebuilds confidence, structure, and savings, so we help residents find work and get to it. Full-time school, verified disability, or an approved plan can count in place of a job.

There is no hard deadline. Most residents work through a four-phase plan over roughly six months to a year and leave with savings, steady employment, and a written plan for their next housing. You stay as long as you are working your plan and keeping the house standard.

Yes. Many residents come to Saved By Grace House from jail, prison, treatment, a shelter, or a season of homelessness. Your record does not disqualify you. What matters is your willingness to work, stay sober, and live by the house standard. Certain offenses are evaluated case by case for the safety of the household.
